Please read through the following information before placing a booking and ensure you are happy. Our homes are in a residential area of the town and we want to be good neighbours. We ask our guests to respect this.
Check-In after 3pm | Check-Out before 11am.
You will find a lockbox with the house keys located just to the right of the front door. You will be given the code prior to arrival.
Convenient parking is available on the main road.
Please treat the house and furnishings with care and respect. Any damage will be billed to the guest.
To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise down during late hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Please smoke outside the front door.
Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
No extra adults, infants or children as overnight visitors. Only persons listed as guests in the registered booking are permited.
No illegal activities, inappropriate or anti-social behaviour. No commercial operations / photo shoots / commercial filming or adult filming on site. Police will be contacted for your removal if we suspect illegal activity.
Sorry, we do not allow pets on the property.
